I am Hannah. I have been involved in martial arts and fitness for over 10 years now. And I run my own Krav Maga and fitness business. 

I used to suffer with really bad confidence issues, anxiety, and depression.  I changed my life around with the help of self defence and fitness training - and now I want to pay it back, to help others feel good and empowered in their life. 

I have been working with beginners in martial arts and fitness, with a success in helping people make real positive change to their lives. Removing self doubt and pushing beyond what they thought was possible!
